Media enquiries from journalists can be sent via email to SOUmediacentre@southamptonairport.com. Please note this email is monitored between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
You can also contact the media team between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and during out-of-office hours by calling 023 8062 7141.
For urgent out-of-hours media enquiries please phone our messaging service on 02382 358 192.
Please note the media team is unable to assist with marketing, advertising, sales or sponsorship enquiries.

Photography
A library of print-quality images covering many aspects of our business, as well as our senior management team and company logos, is available free of charge to journalists/media – please contact us.
Filming and photography at Southampton Airport
We will do our very best to accommodate your requests. However, filming at a busy international airport such as Southampton provides logistical and security challenges and there will be times when we will be unable to facilitate any non-essential filming and photography requests.
Please bear in mind that all filming and photography within Southampton Airport requires a permit and our permission, so your request must be made at least two working days before the required date. There are exceptions but if you want to guarantee that you meet your deadlines, please contact us well in advance.
Any filming and photography requests for commercial purposes will be subject to location fees.
Unfortunately, we are not able to grant requests for filming or taking photographs at Southampton Airport to students.
